Pricing and billing model
Pricing is split across subscription services and one-time project work. The model is fixed in published pages: no full upfront billing for projects, no hidden service additions after scope sign-off.

Subscription notes
- Kernel Care is only available on Kernel Host infrastructure.
- Host and Care support annual billing with approximately 15% savings.
- Kernel Host includes weekly backups; daily backup and longer retention are add-ons.
- 7/24 handling is outage-only; routine requests run in business hours.
Project notes
- Projects follow a two-milestone structure: 50% deposit after scope lock, 50% at launch/handover.
- Scope additions are priced and approved in writing before extra work begins.
- Final payment is required before production deploy or final handover.
