Kernel Deploy guide

Updated March 2026 7 min read

Kernel Deploy covers migration and environment setup for production readiness. It is one-time, starts from $395+, and final quote depends on existing infrastructure complexity and data volume.

Scope

Deployment checklist

  1. Freeze critical changes and capture source snapshot.
  2. Prepare written migration/setup sequence with rollback conditions.
  3. Migrate data and verify integrity on target environment.
  4. Apply SSL/HTTPS baseline, runtime settings, and DNS cutover plan.
  5. Run sanity checks (assets, forms, admin, logs) before closure.
  6. Publish handover record with what changed and what to monitor.

Risk controls

  • Rollback preparation before any irreversible step.
  • Target-side validation before DNS cutover.
  • Change log for each configuration-level decision.
  • Scope and price may expand for multi-site, large data, or non-standard legacy stacks.
Cutover cautionDo not combine major feature releases with migration cutover unless explicitly scoped. Keep migration window operationally focused.
