Engagement Model

Delivery process

Updated March 2026 6 min read

Delivery follows a fixed sequence with defined outputs per stage. This reduces ambiguity and keeps scope, payment, and launch timing aligned.

4-step flow

01
Free concept
A no-cost homepage direction is prepared to validate fit before commitment.
02
Direction lock and scope sign-off
Deliverables, limits, and milestones are agreed. Deposit confirms project slot.
03
Full production on staging
Theme and stack work are executed in staging with review iterations.
04
Launch and handover
Go-live, verification, and written handover notes are delivered.

Stage outputs

StagePrimary outputClient decision
01 - Free conceptVisual direction draft (qualifying projects)Proceed or stop with no obligation
02 - Scope lockWritten scope and milestonesApprove scope and pay 50% deposit to reserve slot
03 - ProductionWorking staging buildReview, request scoped revisions

Handover standard

  • Infrastructure and deployment notes are documented.
  • Credential handoff path is confirmed with the authorized owner.
  • Post-launch support route is defined before closure.
Scope controlRequests outside signed scope are separate work items. Free concept does not reserve capacity; project slot is confirmed only after scope sign-off and deposit.
